These Terms govern the sale, distribution, and use of SwiftHarryDM by Harsh Chaudhary.
a. Price: Nrs.999 (or as displayed at time of sale).
b. Payment methods accepted: eSewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer. Invoices/receipts are provided upon purchase.
Refer to the End User License Agreement (EULA) for license grant and activation steps. License keys are issued upon successful payment.
A 7-day trial is available per machine. Trial activation requires machine registration. Trial resets are not permitted.
Refund policy is described in REFUND_POLICY.txt.
Licensed installers or license keys will be delivered via email and are downloadable from https://swiftharrydm.harshchaudhary.com.np/downloads.
Basic email support is provided with responses within 3 business days. Paid priority support options may be available.
The Software and all intellectual property are owned by Harsh Chaudhary.
We collect minimal data for licensing and updates (machine ID, license key, timestamps, optional telemetry). See PRIVACY_POLICY.txt.
